Boston tea party
The Boston Tea Party was an act of the colonist to show how angry they were. They were angry because the British kept taxing them on almost everything! One night the colonist dressed up as an Indian group and then they marched onto the boat and started throwing boxes of tea out into the water. They tried not to touch or harm anything else on the boat.
The intolerable acts
The Intolerable Acts was a way for revenge from the British. The British closed down the Boston Harbor so the colonist in Boston would starve. But the colonist had a backup plan. They would get food delivered from all the other colonies, for an example Georgia sent rice to Boston.
The stamp act
The stamp act was declared by the British. The stamp act meant that all the colonist would have to pay taxes just for newspapers, books, and even playing cards! The reason this was happening was the British just had a fight with the Indians and their in a 50,000 dollar debt.
